Who We Are
Team Gold is a group of volunteer grassroots activists working on Madison’s far west side to elect Democratic and progressive candidates up and down the ballot and support progressive causes. We work closely with the Democratic Party of Wisconsin (WisDems). Founded in 2008, we are one of over two hundred Neighborhood Action Teams in the state!
WHAT WE BELIEVE
Our top priority is to sustain and strengthen democracy. To do that, we need proactive, ongoing engagement with voters, especially in this historical moment when democracy itself is on the ballot.
Organizing neighbors to talk with neighbors about issues they care about most and mobilizing them to vote is a powerful model for electing candidates who share our political values and will sustain our democratic institutions.
WHAT WE DO
We work year round in conjunction with the Wisconsin Democratic Party to:
